Scotch whisky brand “WINDSOR” announced on the 22nd that there are only three bottles of rare limited whiskey “Diamond Jubilee,” which has only 12 bottles produced worldwide.
The only diamond jubilee left in the world is two bottles of Korea and one bottle of Scotland. The price amounts to 500 million won.
This product is an ultra-premium blended malt scotchwisky, which is a blend of rare stock solutions produced by prestigious distilleries including Royal Locnaga and Gleneury Royal Distillery, which were supplied to the British royal family of whisky. The undiluted solution used was carefully produced only rare malt whisky that has been aged at least 50 years.
In particular, the product was launched in 2008 to commemorate the 160th anniversary of the Royal Locnaga Distillery’s “Royal Warranty” from the British royal family. It is called a ‘drinking art’ with a long time and the sincerity of the craftsman.
The exterior also boasts the highest quality. Decanters are made from handcrafted crystals from Baccarat, France. Elaborate silver decorations were added by hand by British royal jewellery master Jonathan Winter. In addition, components such as a 0.5-carat diamond, 18K gold setting, a dedicated wood cabinet, and a leather guarantee case were completed through the hands of artisans.
The flavor also has depth. The combination of creamy Italian lemon and whipped cream, dry cacao dark chocolate, and the savory and sweet taste of oatmeal and pastry wafers are combined. The scent of menthol and licorice toffee is subtly wrapped in the top note. In the finish, it offers a long finish that combines ginger-like spiciness, the soft lingering effects of chocolate, black tea leaves and the smell of the sea.
Diamond Jubilee was sold for a limited time through convenience store CU and GS25 mobile apps during Chuseok last year and this year’s Lunar New Year, drawing attention as the most expensive holiday gift set. At that time, pre-orders were carried out through apps such as Pocket CU and Woori Neighborhood GS. Currently, they are sold separately for collectors and VIPs.
An official from Windsor Global said, “The Windsor Diamond Jubilee is like a work of art with a long time and the sincerity of a craftsman,” adding, “We hope that this product made of ultra-rare undiluted solution will be connected to a true collector who will recognize its value.”
