Prince Harry and his visa status in the USA hit the headlines for a while, and then seemed to die away. The first court case hearing under Donald Trump’s presidency took place on February 5. What happened since then?

  1. It was never an actual thing. It was just a special interest group trying to get his application. There was a document release but it didn’t actually release anything about Harry.

  2. It was not a case directly about Prince Harry’s visa. It was a FOIA case, regarding information that The Heritage Foundation wanted from Harry’s immigration files, immigration files that have never been subject to FOIA requests because of the massive amounts of private information contained in them.

The documents that WERE released were regarding this FOIA case, and were not the documents The Heritage Foundation was on a fishing expedition for.
