3. Significant breakthroughs how? Israel said Hamas must disarm, so I imagine a significant breakthrough would be convincing them to do just that, as Israel will never back down from that decision (if they do Ben Gvir and Somtritch will leave which would mean elections and Netenyahu leaving)
