  1. 2/3 of those people are sitting in piss and don’t even realise it.

  2. Amazing, sitting on a ridiculously overcrowded patch of grass in the middle of a concrete jungle. Just perfect.

  3. Not for me tbh (I really enjoy solitude & quiet) but I can wholeheartedly understand and support enjoying the weather!

    Have fun.

  4. Great way to spend a lunch break.

The miserable cunts are out in force in here though.

  5. “This is what life used to look like before the bomb fell kids”

  6. so weird to see something so close to my office on Reddit..

  7. Ah man so many great afternoons spent in that park. Love to see London alive and bustling!

  8. I once spent 3 hours in Soho Square on a beautiful summer’s day recovering from the worst hangover in history wishing that someone would just come along and put a bullet in my brain.

  9. How are so many people not on their phones? They appear to be just staring into one another’s faces like savages… weird. Don’t like it.

  10. The second there’s a bit of sun in London, everyone comes out ….. ” Burn meeeee!!! “

  11. If it had 95% less people then yes. The presence of others is annoying and ruins what could be a relaxing peaceful experience.

  12. The UK in summer, especially London, is unbeatable in my opinion

  13. Easy to spot the terminally online people in this comment section.

  14. To paraphrase the song, I would want to be anywhere else than here.

  15. To think, every single person there will have their phone snatched within the next 30 minutes.

    Tragic.

And don’t start me on the horror that some of them are forced into flatshares just to survive.

  16. damn so cool to see people outside enjoying the sunshine, lovely..

  17. London in the sun is one of the best places in the world. Ready for casual picnic and rounders in the park and pear tree cafe pints.

  18. I absolutely love sitting in the sun with a picnic, some drinks, and good friends. I think I’d try to find somewhere just a tad less crowded though

  19. Nice that some people enjoy it but I just cannot enjoy the heat

  20. I was always told that London has fallen and all the whites have been replaced. Judging from this vid, I beg to differ.

  21. Possibly the worst square in London to sit in, as you get a handkerchief of turf to sit and, and approx 20% of the square (the south west corner) is constantly shat on by the feral pigeons, while the north side constantly smells of piss.

  22. Reminds me of my recent trip to English Bay beach in Vancouver. Around sunset there were hundreds of people just throwing balls, jamming on instruments, and just enjoying the moment. Was really great to see…

  23. So much hate here for a park 😂 guys y’all don’t have to like the park but also don’t need to be so miserable about it!

Chill and enjoy the sun wherever suits you! 🙂

  24. Call me old, can’t sit down on grass without somewhere to lean on. So to me that looks antagonizing
