  1. It’s an aeroplane wing. They are attached to aeroplanes.

  2. Millbrook proving ground, I drive past it everyday. I’m now waving to the sky maybe you can see me?

  3. Millbrook proving ground, car manufacturers use it for testing vehicles. Used to belong to Vauxhall I think but its used by many companies these days. Its been on top gear a few times as well.

  4. Millbrook Vehicle Proving Ground in Bedfordshire.

  5. As others have said, UTAC Millbrook. The big circle is a “neutral handling route”, where you can sit in one of the lanes at a given speed and not need to touch the steering.

  6. Millbrook proving ground. You may have seen in in screen: it’s where the filmed James Bond flipping his Aston Martin in *Casino Royale* and several episodes of Top Gear’s car challenges featured it (off the top of my head, 2-door coupe, British Layland and the lorries).

  7. Having done an Aston Martin track day, I can assure you that Millbrook Proving Ground is not boring!

  8. Mother Natures Spirograph…you can see where the big cog slipped as fucking usual and screwed up the design

  9. Looks like the port side (No 2) engine of an airbus or Boeing fixed wing aircraft.

  10. If you think that’s boring, have you heard of the Daytona 500?

  11. It’s an engine of an aeroplane. They are necessary for a successful flight.

  12. Appears to be the right engine for an Airbus aircraft.

  13. Scattered across Europe are the test tracks of various auto manufacturers, which I found out by sailing around on Google Earth. They are big enough that you can spot them as they are different than all the surrounding patterns of farmland and towns.

  14. The site of the new Universal Studios Theme Park just beyond Millbrook

  15. You see, after word got out that the fae have unionized and an abundance of mead, humans have been hopping into fairy circles to leave. It’s become so problematic that they’ve had to build new fairy super circles

  16. This is planet Earth. You can see roads, trees, buildings, grass, fields. Interesting place.

  17. It’s The Millbrook Proving Ground, I had a very good day there once

  18. The fact that this question is in r/london is yet another nail in the ballsack of whichever dimwit decided Luton Airport was in London and renamed it accordingly.

  19. Im going to have a few guesses
    1. Aeroplane engine
