  1. False widow.

Can give a nasty bite, but no lasting effects from it.

  2. False widow. Can bite if threatened but no worse than a wasp sting.

  3. False Widow, only bite if you really annoy them, the bite is not terribly sore but can lead to an infection.

  4. Looks like a false widow. Wont kill you, but you still definitely do not want a bite from it.

  5. looks like a false widow, can give you a bad bite so take it handy

  6. Added a NSFW flair to the post hopefully to spare those with arachnophobia sending their phones

  7. It is a false widow. There are more than one species. Looks like a cupboard spider female (steatoda grossa).
Rabbit hutch females have a light band running down the abdomen.

  8. That’s a Bryson spider – small, vicious and causes immense irritation. Usually found around bins

  9. What am I seeing this on a Northern Ireland thread? Please, God tell me you’re on holiday or something.

  10. In my house we would call that a “Getouttayfuckyedurtybastard”

  11. Ffs can this be tagged NSFW so I don’t have to shite myself scrolling past the photo

  12. I see them the odd time around the greenhouse. Bit scary, but useful critters. Apparently they came on the boats from Madeira in the1800s. But yeah, I’d completely shit if it was on my arm too.

  13. I got bit by one of those once. The Spider turned into a fat middle aged man with no super powers.
