  3. before it starts – no, killing an unarmed and wounded soldier in a hot zone is not a war crime.

    we can confidently assume this is a hot zone, because such a battle with drones would not be considered a cold zone.

  5. I don’t like to see anyone die in this senseless war but I try and see this from the boots on ground perspective…

    Why would you want to risk sticking your head around the corner to see if he’s armed when you’ve been trying to kill each other previously… No point risking it. Just blind fire and get the hell out of there.

  7. No sympathy here, it’s war, and an injured combatant is still a combatant. Legal target.
