  4. I say Ukraine send a couple of drone planes to fly around moscow. Not to do anything nefarious, just draging a banner saying “Look, we could have, but we didnt…but we could….”

  11. I see that nobody here read the actual article and just interprets the headline the way you like it. Here’s what he fully said which is not supposed to be a threat that Ukraine will do anything against those guests:
