I hope the mods will allow this one due to the major cultural significance.

I know many of us have lamented the cultural loss of the Easter Egg mugs… look what I have found in my local antiques.

  1. I have the full set of those simpsons soft toys with INEXPLICABLY HARD RESIN HEADS.

Lisa and Maggie are borderline flails and Marge is a straight up dildo.

  2. That caramel mug just tickled something in my brain and took me back to childhood

  3. Urgh we had a cupboard FULL of these growing up. They were massive too because they had to hold the big ol’ eggs we got then.

If I saw a Cadbury’s Twist purple plastic lunchbox again irl I think the nostalgia would knock me over.

  4. I used to work at a supermarket and the staff kitchen was stocked exclusively with free Easter egg mugs.
Must be worth a fortune now judging by those prices!

  5. They call it 90s nostalgia, I call it the shit from their loft

  6. I remember having a timeout mug I had to send 5 or 10 wrappers off to get

  7. Forgot about Time Out bars! I’m guessing they no longer exist. Not seen them in ages.

  8. Mate of mine still has a Yorkie mug from the days of the sexist marketing, the thing’s a relic.

  9. The caramel one just hit me over the head with nostalgia.

  10. I still miss these mugs. I used to collect them every year. I have a box with a few dozen inside haha

  11. I got that creme egg mug from a charity shop for 50p a few weeks ago

  12. £8.50?? Fucking liberties taken by charity shops nowadays. What a piss take.

  13. OP please tell the store owner that nobody finds stuff on instagram by typing the URL and explain how @ works

  14. I used to have the Time Out mug. They should bring back mugs with Easter eggs again.

  15. I inherited two of these after my grandfather passed away 🥲 prized possessions

  16. I miss the Time Out bar. The new wafers aren’t the same
