Despite Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine and a ban on Russians coming to Latvia on tourist visas, there are still daily regular coach services operating between the Latvian and Russian capitals.
As a reminder, measles is a highly contagious viral disease that spreads from person to person through very small droplets when an infected person talks, coughs, or sneezes. The risk of infection is particularly high when you are in the same room as an infected person, including in a vehicle.
