These barber shops are like rabbits, you look away for one second and they proceed to multiply a dozen times
Every second one has a Starbucks/Costa/Nero inside.
We’ve got 2 in a row at the moment where I live with em empty shop next door. I wouldn’t be surprised if a third one pops up.
Im sorry but there has to be a criminal element to this right?
Can the demand for mens haircuts possible meet this supply, unless they are being used as a front for other incomes under the guise of cash only
Yeh I miss all those gambling shops, pawn merchants, CEXs and Barnardos.
Cash only
How inaccurate. Serious lack of William Hill, Ladbrokes and Poundland.
Forgot the nail salon

Fuck off with ai slop
And vape shops
Don’t forget American candy stores as well. There are at least three in Ipswich, which all seemed to spring up at the same time.
What about the corner shops?
In my home town, a new sweet shop opened up a year ago. A few months later it became “sweets and vapes”. A few months after that it was a vape shop that also sold sweets.
They always seem to have customers… the vapes shop however…
It’s like this where I live already, and it’s not even an exaggeration. 7 barber shops down 1 street, with the occasional kebab shop to mix it up, all owned by the same guy too.
That’s Banbury
‘A big bag with one cookie in it’ ahh high street
So, single handily holding the economy together? they must be doing something right
What in the closeted racism is with the increase in these posts.
What I wanna know is why is it like this? Why are there 30 Turkish barber shops on every street?
Hmmm needs more smash burger places
Where’s the Poundland that’s been bought out by an independent an now selling even worse shit.
All that money laundering.
We did this. We prefer to shop at Amazon. It’s our fault
maybe if we legalised weed they would not have to be so many fronts.
A thriving economy, where everyone cuts someone else’s hair.
What no bookies, Greggs and Starbucks?
I live in a small town the town consists of a very small bit of road and we have 6 different barbers 3 hair salons the rest are either antique shops that are never open or takeaways that won’t accept card. Oh a tesco and simply fresh and 2 pubs. But all the barbers are literally a few doors down from each other or opposite each other the population of the town isn’t that big either it’s more like a village.
In Australia it would also have like 5 Thai massage places.
No nail bar or mobile phone accessory store?
Yet if you suggest to certain people to convert them into housing you get screamed at like you suggested that Joseph Fritzl was a good father
Bloody immigrants coming over here, taking our rundown boarded up shops!
omg i thought it was just our town, we have THIRTEEN in our highstreet alone!… seriously! thirteen!!! like wtf
I blame Amazon
Money laundering
Sweet shops and tourist shops
Where is the 65 EURO MINI MARKET SUPER SHOP with massive stickers of shite food and vapes in the window (and its a money laundering scheme)
