  4. Overly pink sausages suggests food colouring, the “Irish” look like a more naturally coloured sausage.

  5. Hafners are the best simple pork sausage on the Irish market. They work well with fry ups. Thank me later.

  6. The Northern Irish ones are inferior I’m afraid. They taste weird.

  7. Can anyone tell me the difference between Northern Irish style and Irish sausages? I mean do Northern Irish sausages even have a style of their own?
