A total of 85 readers voted in our flash poll today, and 37% of voters agreed that Marko Bošnjak of Croatia had the most impressive rehearsal from Day Five in Basel.
A number of individuals have taken to social media to discuss how the many elements of the staging come together to create a captivating product – Marko’s outfit and the costumes of the dancers, the camera angles and lighting, and most importantly Marko’s vocals during the rehearsal.
Coming in second was Belgium’s Red Sebastian with his song “Strobe Lights”, taking home 12% of the total votes cast. Third place ended up being a tie between the visually stunning staging offered by Albania’s Shkodra Elektronike and Justyna’s violin and aerial stunt featured during Poland’s snippet. Both countries received 8% of the overall votes cast.
