    Ukraine said it had uncovered a network of agents inside its country belonging to Hungarian military intelligence.

    The SBU, Ukraine’s intelligence service, accused the alleged spies of carrying out espionage activities to the detriment of its country. It made two arrests, and both men face life imprisonment if convicted.

  4. Oh look, if it isn’t exactly what I have been saying for the past 3 years 🙃

    Yes, they were planning on seizing the region if Putin’s 3 day plan succeded.

    Yes, they are currently remilitarizing hard, but I have doubts it’s for protection against Russia. A recently leaked audio from 2023 speaks of a Hungarian army that is “ready to strike” and a Hungary that has “shed its idle pacifism”, while Orbán publicly declares that Hungary is being put in harm’s way by Ukraine, NATO, Brussels, etc

    And yes, if Russia gets its way, Hungary will absolutely attempt seizing Transylvania and perhaps other territories as well.

As a Hungarian, never voted for Orban, nor supporting his views at all, I really hope that our gov will loose election in 2026 or will something happens earlier, as this is VERY embarrassing for me, and for many Hungarians who are pro-NATO and pro-EU and really bothering that our reputation is so harshly ruined in the last 15 years.

    This finally a sign that the “peace narrative” – which was never true – of Orban is so false, stupid and a bullshit even hopefully for its own electorate will be clear.
