Corners of the internet have become enamoured by the newest and weirdest member of the UK aristocracy. Meet Lady Agathe Keller who brings in several thousands of pounds a month despite not actually being a real person.
Lady Agathe Keller is a 50-year-old AI generated influencer who has miraculously landed herself a “Ladyship” status in the UK despite being computer generated. Demanding her followers refer to her as “Lady” the AI aristoc-fluencer claims her newfound title is the first step to her marrying into the real UK aristocracy.
While Agathe is bound to the constraints of not being a real person, the AI influencer manages to bring in £15,000 a month on creator subscription platform Fanvue.
The handsome monthly salary lands the Lady in the top 4% of UK earners despite never having done a day worth of work in her life.
Lady Agathe Keller is the first AI influencer to have claimed the title of Lady as her appointment has many wondering: “Can someone who isn’t real hold an aristocratic title?”
The Lady’s title was obtained via Highland Titles – a service where people can acquire the title and a plot of land in Scotland. Despite being fully AI generated, Agathe’s creator claims the service made “no checks” to confirm if Agathe was a real person.
“I’ve always wanted to elevate Agathe’s status in the digital world – she is unlike lots of other AI Influencers in that she’s more mature, and likes the finer things in life,” Lady’s American creator revealed.
“It was really easy to do online via Highland Titles, and she’s now demanding her fans refer to her using her new ‘Lady’ designation on Fanvue and Instagram.”
“AI Influencers are becoming normalised as more people hold para-social relationships online and wanting to be part of the aristocracy is an appealing thought. While Agathe would need to marry right to get a legally binding title, I certainly wouldn’t rule this out in the future,” the Lady’s creator added.
“Some UK Royal Family members are famed for outlandish behaviour and it’s quite possible one of them could marry an AI Influencer in the next 10 years,” the AI aristoc-fluencer’s creator said.
A spokesperson for the site Fanvue – where Lady Agathe Keller makes her impressive monthly salary – has commented on the emergence of AI brands and influencers breaking into the mainstream.
“In the past 12 months, AI Influencers have entered the mainstream working with household brands and building huge fan bases online – it’s no surprise they’re now trying to enter the aristocracy,” the spokesperson said.
“The likes of Lady Victoria Hervey and Meghan Markle are what we’d call aristoc-fluencers and Agathe’s acquisition of a Lady title is a smart way to align herself with these sorts of names. We think her fans are really going to buy-in to her demand to be called Lady Agathe Keller,” they added.
