Some of those that work forces, are the same that burn crosses
J’aurais dû être là. Merde. Bordel de Merde! Faut tabasser les bâtards
i’m still always amazed at the amount of pro nazi parties there are in countries that suffered heavily under the nazi’s
like i get in the UK, other than the blitz, we didn’t really endure much but france? life was not good under occupation, surely
What? 😯 Paris want to get anschlussed? 🤨
I am confused as fuck as to why justice always allows those protests.
The world is riddled with maggots; the maggots are getting fat
They’re making a tasty meal of all the bosses and bureaucrats
They’re taking over the boardrooms, and they’re fat and full of pride
And they all came out of the woodwork on the day the Nazi died
So if you meet with these historians, I’ll tell you what to say
Tell them that the Nazis never really went away
They’re out there burning houses down and peddling racist lies
And we’ll never rest again until every Nazi dies
But when we Germans did that in Paris, the HR department was informed
Vichy France is back baby!
Lots of very helpful collaberators.
Haha, the same happens here!
*cries in the corner*
happens in every country tbh
Where’s Elwood Blues when you need him?
If the justice department allow it, then yes the police (sadly) has to provide protection. If you go in as antifa to fight.. then obviously you’ll get beaten by that police. I don’t like it, but that’s the law. The framing here is a bit onesided.
Whatever the march or demonstration is, if it’s court-approved the police has to protect them. That’s how it works.
Apart from that, f*ck those nazi loving scumbags.
Under the liberty of association, the march was approved. The counter-march, by antifascists, was denied, but only in the way that they wanted to go the same path across Paris, which would have inevitably created some violent clash between the two. So the antifascist march was approved too, but had to choose another path. And police protection is here for the respect of the law, both protecting the marchers and keeping them away from wreaking havoc. So, yes, it’s terribly sad that we have neo-nazis, but this tweet is a bit misleading as well.
In France you have to tell the prefecture in advance that you are going to do a demonstration, and the prefecture is not allowed to stop you unless they can prove before a judge that the people marching pose a grave threat of violence during the demonstration.
The prefecture initially tried to block the demonstration but a judge said there was not enough motive.
Police protects all demonstrations (as long as demonstrators don’t throw rocks at them).
The antifascists had not declared their intention to demonstrate so they were considered troublemakers.
The same thing happens in reverse when antifascists hold a demonstration and the nazis come and try to beat them (although antifascist marches tend to become violent on their own without help from the nazis so they more often end up in a cloud of tear gas)
Vichy France traitors are back at it again?
We never learn from our mistakes.
For info this is a yearly protest to commemorate one fascist who fell off a roof to evade the police in the 90s…. The protest was first not authorized, but the Tribunal let it happen because it happens every year without major incident (don’t look too closely at their flags and t shirts)
The fascists do not look masked to me.
I don’t understand the fascination of Europe for the fascism. We have already had it! And it ended horribly. Why do people want to try it again?
Protesting is a french hobby and Nazis also can be french and have hobbies.
Freedom of speech should have some kind of limit bc what the fuck is this shit, like a “no tolerance for the intolerant” type of idea. If you seriously threaten human life or freedom with your speech it should not just fall under freedom of speech. That’s like getting a loan from the bank so you can buy a gun to rob it.
The only good nazi is a dead one
If you want to stop nazism, make sure no kids are left outside the system or abused to shit because they are easy targets for “recruiting” by extremist groups. When your only friends and emotional supporters happen to be Nazis or other criminals growing up, you will become one to.
