MyCabin’s expansion in Germany was officially launched with the presentation of the demo house “Milla 40” in Bad Vilbel, a town near Frankfurt, allowing interested parties to experience the product at first hand.

“The decision to expand into the German market is no coincidence. Like many places in Europe, Germany is facing a housing shortage, with an estimated deficit between 600,000 and 800,000 housing units. While demand continues to grow, traditional construction is too slow and cost-inefficient. We offer a high-quality, sustainable, and fast alternative – especially suited to the new generation of homeowners,” said Ģirts Draugs, Founder and CEO of MyCabin.

Depending on the size and specifications of the house, the average construction time ranges from two to four months.

“We have identified the German market as a strategically important region – the high purchasing power and relatively low bureaucratic barriers create a favorable environment for long-term development. Building a local team is a key prerequisite for successful market entry, and we are actively working on this,” said Draugs.

So far this year, 31 MyCabin homes have been sold across Europe. Last year, the company installed demonstration homes in Estonia and Lithuania and established sales offices.

In the near future, the caompany says it plans to expand into other markets, including Poland and Finland.
