Is Greenland even considered sovereign? It’s owned by Denmark lmao.
No Trump isn’t going to invade Canada. There’s zero realistic avenue for him to do that without turning the US into pariah state. Despite his stupid shit-posts saying otherwise there is 0% chance of US tanks rolling into Quebeq. I think US soldiers have a better chance of aiming their guns at Trump than they do Canada.
The US isn’t going to invade Greenland either, although there are probably potential deals and pressure tactics Trump could use. 2% of US GDP is equal to $100,000 paid to every single person in Denmark and Greenland. The “We don’t want to lose Greenland” crowd will change their attitudes pretty quick if the US gets serious about making a deal.
Also as for the clickbait article yeah Trump has things to gain from India and Pakistan not fighting. He has things to gain from pressuring Canada and Greenland. Not too hard to figure out.
The guy who didn’t realize India and China share a border wants to intervene in big boy map games?
Better leaders have tried and failed wrt Kashmir dispute. Trump is day dreaming if he thinks he can bring the issue to an end.
I don’t think anyone in his administration has an idea what he will tweet about tomorrow, or how is intends to do any of the things he said he will.
First country to give him a gold plated yacht gets the better deal.
