  2. It was not uncommon for older generation to work all their career in the same company. There is a big chemical plant in my region, and I know many people who started their apprenticeship there and never left until their retirement.

    Funny thing is, even without changing their job position, they got several employers as companies sold branches or some of their activities.

  5. It’s a beautiful tribute to a loyal employee who seems to impact his entourage enough to be displayed like this. It’s really nice and it’s a pleasure for him.
