I lived in London roughly from 2006-2012 (idk where my 2010-2012 photos are right now). These are mostly 2006!
- Ministry of Sound, 2006
- "Flying Steamroller" by Chris Burden in front of Chelsea College of Art & Design, 2006
- Piccadilly Circus, 2006
- Cutty Sark, 2006
- Greenwich foot tunnel, 2006
- A pie and mash shop (probably in Greenwich), 2006
- "Two Rabbits" by Tom Claasson at Frieze Art Fair, 2006
- New Year's Eve in central London (before you needed tickets), 2006
- Line of cops at NYE, 2006
- Too crowded tube station at NYE, 2006 (possibly technically 2007 by that point)
- "Shibboleth" by Doris Salcedo at the Tate Modern, 2007
- Piccadilly Circus, 2009
- Brighton (took a day trip), 2009
- Brighton west pier, 2009

Nothing better than the London Seaside.
Before the internet really stole peoples lives – and was still just another tool.
Nice and clean…
Nice reminder of the Cutty Sark pre-builder incident… I remember the first time i cycled up there to challenge myself.
I think your pie shop may be the old Goddards location in Greenwich (near where Waterstones now is).
Ooh I remember the crack in the floor at the Tate!
Amazing to see some images from a not so distant past! If you have more please share!
oh man I remember the big crack in the floor of the Tate!
i used to go buy dvd’s from hmv and stroll and trocodero on fridays after work (2005/2006), i do miss those simpler times.
Piccadilly Circus was much more iconic before they installed the current ad hoardings
A very vivid memory I have is of visiting Kensington Gardens and seeing works by Anthony McCall at the Serpentine Gallery (now called Serpentine South).

I remember that split in the Turbine Hall at Tate Modern.
Bring back the crack!!!
These are so lovely tbh. very nostalgic despite the fact I wasn’t around London at that time. Beautiful little pictures!
