Last year, Latvia’s Dons with his song “Hollow” qualified as well and ranked 16th in the finals, but before that, Latvia saw seven years of no success qualifying, and in 2017 and 2021 we finished last.
The second semi-final featured Armenia, Australia, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, and Serbia.
Of the 16 participants in the second semi-final, 10 went through to the final.
