Why isn’t this ghetto mess getting removed, literally tainting every London monument, bridge, wall, train in existence. Nothing unique or artist about this tag either. This banksy wanna-be’s mess should be wiped from every surface possible. It’s just ridiculous at this point.

  8. What’s crazy is this is a real railway term, and railway workers will scribble notes at the side of the track for various reasons so others know to check it later.

    The 10 foot describes the middle gap when there’s four sets of rails. So if you see it near the track, it just looks like a bunch of random notes rail workers are leaving each other.
