We’re going to be in Pitlochry next week from Saturday to Wednesday and forecast doesn’t look great. With 2 kids (4,2), we were aiming for maximum nature time but not sure how much they will tolerate the rain. Any ideas or thoughts from locals or regular visitors? Should we deal with it or consider rescheduling? Thanks in advance!

You know your kids but mine would just crack on with coats. Only you really know
Just take a brolly and go out in the woods. If you’re in the trees it’ll not be as wet, nor windy.
If you’re into cancelling plans in scotland because a week out forecast says it ‘might’ rain…
