Montenegrin citizen MG (43), who was wanted by NCB Interpol Podgorica, was arrested today in Croatia, the Police Directorate (UP) announced.
The statement states that she was arrested by border police at the Ćilipi border crossing (Dubrovnik).
“Today, in the Republic of Croatia, the Border Police at the Ćilipi (Dubrovnik) border crossing deprived MG (43), a Montenegrin citizen who is wanted internationally, of her liberty. She is wanted by the Interpol NCB Podgorica to serve a two-year prison sentence for the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs,” the UP statement said.
It is alleged that judicial authorities in Croatia have ordered her extradition detention.
