As the IIHF World Championship heats up, all eyes will be on the clash between Canada and Sweden on May 20 at 2:20 p.m. ET in Stockholm.

Hockey Canada, led by the legendary Sidney Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon, looks to continue their strong performance after a 7-1 victory over Latvia and a 5-0 shutout against France.

However, they will be without Bo Horvat, who is injured for the remainder of the tournament, with highly-rated prospect Porter Martone stepping into the lineup.

Sweden, fresh off a 6-0 drubbing of Latvia and a solid 4-0 win against France, poses a formidable challenge.

Historically, Canada has often triumphed in these encounters, but Sweden’s recent form suggests they will not be an easy opponent.
