   Non-member of ICC currently are US, China, Russia, Israel, Qatar, Iraq and Libya.

   Edit: My listing of non-member of ICC is incorrect. There actually is more than the one I listed.

   I found another source that listed more countries that either does not recognize ICC.

According to him, the ICC “has not only discredited itself, but the entire system of international courts by the openly anti-Semitic decision to issue an international arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu”.

    They might have other private reasons, but this seems to be the one they’re using in public.
