  1. I’m eyeing up Indiana Jones now that it’s been released on PlayStation. Worth it?

  2. Occasional flutter on Banished with the megamod/colonial charter (has workshop support)

Space Haven is another (think Rimworld meets oxygen not included)

Fine in small bursts, which suits me fine as so far as gaming goes am between a rock and a hard place, not much of the newer stuff interests me and I’m too tired to put in any sort of session so the slow paced builders do enough to scratch an itch

  3. Currently waiting on BL3 to download, as I want to stress test my new GPU (7800xt) but my download speed is 2mbs so taking 20 hours.

I left it on overnight and still have 5-6 hours to go.

  4. I’ve put my brain on autopilot and am currently flailing every demon out of existence in Doom The Dark Ages, loads of fun!

  5. Last week I paid up for 3 months of **PS+ Extra**, just to see how often I’d use it.

I got **GTA V** and got stuck in really enjoying it, and I saw **Dino Crisis** on there. Amazing I’ll get on to that too!

Jumped on last night GTA V is only available to purchase, and Dino Crisis is only free on Premium, or £7.99 to purchase. I could have bought GTA outright for £15 from Amazon. I then noticed LOTS of titles were only available on Premium.

Really annoyed to be honest, but lesson learnt I suppose.

  6. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying Expedition 33’s gameplay, world, story, music, and characters. Despite being a very french game, people here might like the excellent british voice actors in the game, which includes Charlie Cox (Stardust, Daredevil) and Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings, Planet of the Apes, Andor) though I think Ben Starr has been my favourite.

  7. Do those shoulder pads not hurt being nailed to your arms like that?

  8. Not exactly cutting edge AAA releases, but I finished up River City Girls and Snakebird (which I can’t recommend highly enough for puzzle game fans). I’ve also been playing a few retro beat ’em ups, including the Denjin Makai games and the amazing Streets of Rage Remake fan project.

  9. Having really enjoyed SnowRunner (and its previous inspirations, was a backer on the original SpinTires, still salty about that one) I bought RoadCraft on pre-order, and that was released yesterday, so been doing some disaster recovery operations.

Enjoying it so far, but I can see how it’s designed to be much more fun in Co-Op over single player – Provided your team mates aren’t absolute bellends of course

  10. Still thoroughly absorbed in **Clair Obscur Expedition 33**. I just finished act 2 and love pretty much everything about it.

  11. Mostly don’t get much time due to work but when I do get some time, I’m playing Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, so much fun!

  12. Helldivers 2. The Illuminate have invaded Super Earth so I’ll be joining my fellow divers in defending.

  13. Sold my Steamdeck this week, so now I’m after a graphics card for my old PC. At least the first Company of Heroes and Civ 4 work just fine on it as they’re my favourite games, so been playing them a lot these past few days.

  14. Playing through **Hogwarts Legacy** as it was on PS+ and I’m rather enjoying it. May even consider a second playthrough where I’m an absolute dick to everyone, just for fun.

  15. I’ve been dipping in and out of NMS for a while, it’s my “turn off your mind, relax, and float downstream” game. Also playing a fair bit of Football Manager.

The main one for me at the moment is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, picked it up on the cheap in the PlayStation Store sale a little while ago and have settled in nice and quickly. Definite improvements over its predecessor (which I loved), particularly fast travel. I’m still kicking myself at not getting [Lego BD-1](https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/bd-1-75335).

  16. Actually, NMS! Running around grabbing Storm Crystals, and then didn’t really know what to spend the money on, sadly. Already have a good ship. Would take suggestions!

  17. Oblivion Remastered. I was trying to get into Morrowind when this remaster was announced so wasn’t going to get it for a while but saw a deal and caved. I haven’t played the original so it’s a whole new world to explore. I can see the influences from Morrowind but it will feel very familiar to anyone who has played Skyrim. My graphics card is slightly under the minimum recommended so I do get the odd funky visual glitch which would probably drive a lot of people crazy but it’s still playable.

  18. Still on oblivion.. did Kvati5ch finally at lvl35. Quite easy in the end.. still having far to much fun as approaching 300 hours

  19. Everything keeps me coming back to **Helldivers 2**! The world building and global story have reached the best part in months and over 200 thousand players came together last night to defend Earth from an invasion I can only describe as epic.

The game has the perfect soft roleplay aspect and seeing my friend group get closer with it has been a wonderful feeling.

  20. Just finished a Plagues Tale Requiem. I didn’t play the first, and honestly, WTAF. What a crazy little game and interesting story.

  21. Today is Monster Train 2 release day. So that, whenever it opens up.

  22. Yakuza 5 continues, finished part 2 and moved onto part 3 now. The game’s gone from a hunting simulator to a rythmn idol game in the space of 2 chapters. Yakuza games are weird.

Picked up Sword Art Online Hollow Realization in earnest now. Done the first area of the game, so I’ve started grinding my skills up, slowing down on it for now to play it on my break in a couple of weeks.

Still plodding through my FC25 career, reaching the end of the second season now.

Got a bit further on Oblivion, I’ve done the Kvatch stuff and I’m poised to start the theives guild in earnest now.

Also picked up my playthrough of Fantasy Life, with the second game just having released. I preordered it on PS5, so got a few days early access, tried it out earlier this week. It seems good, but I don’t want to start a serious playthrough with going away in a few weeks. Working on mastering all the lives in the first game, which I can take with me on the break, then I’ll start the second one after getting back.

  23. Been playing Lego City Undercover on PS4 with my kiddo but I think we’re maybe at the end of the fun now (finished the missions, doing the freeplay stuff).

Any recommendations for the next game? Heard that the Lego Marvel game was good, or any other kid friendly PS4 couch co-op ideas?

  24. Got a job interview today then another one on Saturday

  25. Finished **Expedition 33**. It was a big surprise to me. It was a game I was not expecting to play, never mind enjoy so much. Love those experiences though, you go in with low to zero expectations and they just get blown out of the water.

Picked up **DOOM: The Dark Ages**. Not feeling this one at all. Played about 2.5 hours and just haven’t had the itch to continue. The previous two grabbed my attention pretty much instantly, whereas I probably won’t play this one again. Bit of a shame really.

Don’t really have much else to play so I started another **PoE 2** character yesterday, checking out the changes they’ve made over the last month or two. My Dawn of the Hunt launch experience wasn’t very enjoyable, but it feels much better now, thankfully.

  26. Picked up RoadCraft and jumped on coop with two mates.

One of them managed to flip a truck full of sand on its side leaving a massive spill in the road and a delay on us fixing up a patch further along.

The other one didn’t fully grasp that driving the crane to the new bridge construction area is all well and good but that left us a challenge of how to load concrete slabs onto the flatbed back at base that would be needed for said bridge.

I found myself stuck in a washed out riverbed, half on my side on a massive boulder because instead of driving around I thought I could give my legally-distinct not-Land Rover Discovery some power and get over it easy while they took the long route.

We might need an Austin Allegro or something to follow us around…

  27. Replaying Subnautica plus dailies on Infinity Nikki while I wait for Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon to drop

  28. Roadcraft and Captain of Industry. I love me some truck action.

  29. Going on a retro kick recently, and have been jumping into Castlevanias. Currently switching back and forth between Symphony of the Night & a rompatch that converts Aria of Sorrow into a roguelike for GBA.

  30. Got bored of Stardew Valley now that I got right to the end game, don’t much feel like hunting the remaining half dozen or so achievements.

Returned to my first ever play through of GTAIV which I’m enjoying very much. A lot more engaging than V ever was though I still love me some Sam Andreas.

  31. I’ve been playing Mr Do a lot.

Building and arcade machine and for some reason Mr Do has found its way to most played!
