Portnov was one of the masterminds behind the laws passed to suppress the 2014 Euromaidan protests, and later came under investigation on charges of treason in connection with his alleged role in the occupation of Crimea.

What the fuck was that piece of shit doing here…?
Anyway, fuck him…
Is he wearing a vest or is that his ribs, what is going on there?
that is good news.
portnov was known for making and putting in practice
the **execution lists** about pro-ukrainian people.
those lists were used to persecute Ukraine civilians through russian invasion.
the russian side ( and pro-ru subs) call him “HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST”.
So you love Russia but live in Spain! Corrupt much?
Karma. Better late than never.
Just deserts.
In the uk we have laws about picking up your dogs shit
Budanov sends his regards
Justice
Justice sometimes takes time.
Good riddance
this is really strong political signal
Wouldn’t surprise me if he was also sending his kids to the American School (lol).
Anyway, dirt nap time, orc peon.
Hopefully Spain just goes, oh no we dont know who did this! What video? There are none. I guess it will remain a mystery. Let’s go have a siesta.
Good to see that the Russians are finally not the only ones going around Europe and killing people.
How was he in fucking Madrid of all places.
You cant park that there….
What about his boss, the old one and the new one?
Oh dear, nevermind
I guess he doesn’t get to enjoy all that stolen money!
fuck him. Rot in hell
ЗСУ will find you everywhere!
Wow, never thought that this piece of shit will meet his end like this and this soon. He’s infamous for corrupting and ruining Ukrainian justice system, introducing tyranical laws and ruining Army’s military police and prosecution system. Also he provided a list of “Ukrainian activists” to the russian army during the invasion. Because of this list many Ukrainian ex-military, scientists, writers, activists, journalists, artists, etc. were tortured and murdered during the invasion in the russian occupied territories. Whoever brought this scum to justice did a great service to all those people who suffered because of portnov.
Oh no….anyway
Karma.
Nice Mercedes. Hope it gets seized and proceeds go to funding more Ukrainian drones.
He had it coming, parking like that
Bro, you can’t nap or park there.
The relationship between Oleh Tatarov and Andriy Portnov is a significant aspect of Ukraine’s political landscape. Tatarov served as Portnov’s lawyer during investigations into Portnov’s activities under former President Yanukovych, including allegations of treason and corruption ([en.wikipedia.org](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oleh_Tatarov), https://ti-ukraine.org/en/news/who-is-oleh-tatarov/). This professional connection suggests a close alliance between the two.
Tatarov’s appointment as Deputy Head of the Office of the President by Zelensky in 2020 was met with criticism due to his past role in suppressing the Euromaidan protests and his ties to figures from Yanukovych’s regime (https://euromaidanpress.com/2020/08/08/police-chief-accused-of-persecuting-euromaidan-activists-appointed-to-key-post-in-zelenskyys-office/). Despite public outcry and calls for his dismissal, Zelensky defended the appointment, emphasizing the need to assess individuals based on their current actions rather than past associations.
Zelensky has faced frequent criticism for keeping Tatarov in his inner circle, especially from anti-corruption watchdogs and civil society. However, he has responded to these concerns aggressively, repeatedly insisting that Tatarov is an “effective manager.” In one particularly bizarre statement, Zelensky claimed that Tatarov was “killing Chechens in Kyiv” during the early days of the full-scale Russian invasion — a claim widely ridiculed, as there was no credible evidence of Chechen forces operating in Kyiv at that time. The remark was seen by many as an emotional and misleading justification for keeping a controversial figure in power.
Further controversy surrounds Tatarov’s alleged assistance in facilitating Portnov’s departure from Ukraine during the Russian invasion in 2022 ([en.wikipedia.org](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andriy_Portnov)). Additionally, Tatarov has been implicated in efforts to obstruct anti-corruption reforms and investigations, raising concerns about his influence within the administration (https://kyivindependent.com/oleg-sukhov-us-should-sanction-these-2-symbols-of-ukraines-corruption/).
The recent assassination of Portnov in Madrid underscores the enduring complexities and dangers associated with Ukraine’s political dynamics (https://www.ft.com/content/5f11192e-7a2f-487c-b740-0bb82d208d54).
