UK food isn’t that bad, It’s actually one of my favourite cuisines. That said, there’s something peculiar about pork in the UK. I’ve never managed to find pork there that didn’t have a hint of boar taint. While chicken on the other hand, happens to be sensationally prepared most of the time.
Since I am openly xenophobic on this sub it is clear to me that it can only be the foreigners fault…
My guess is that Pakistanis and Indians have taken over the pork processing industry a long time ago. Perhaps because they are personally disgusted by pork, they only handle the lowest quality cuts.
This is the same guy that eats andouillette
Fr tho, accounting for my bias, British food is actually very good but the problem is that we have ZERO food culture and I don’t know anyone that can cook it. But, some posh pubs hire good chefs and suddenly the food is great 🤣
