1. The U.S. administration is weighing the withdrawal of 4,500 troops from South Korea to bolster its presence in the Indo-Pacific

So 15-16 percent moved to Guam. Leaving majority still in South Kora if it did happen

7. This is a sound move, either way. Those troops aren’t coming back home. They’re being spread out to avoid a decapitation strike.

8. Literally denied by the Pentagon. The US and South Korea are still very close aligned anyways.
