I’m part of a small ophthalmology clinic in Zurich, and we’ve been feeling increasingly overwhelmed by the admin side of things—especially patient billing, dunning processes, and dealing with insurance correspondence (UVG, MVG, IV cases, etc.).

We’re a small team, and the administrative load is cutting into our patient time. I recently came across a company called Valoreye, which offers back-office support specifically for eye clinics. They handle things like invoice review, follow-up on unpaid bills, re-invoicing, and even dealing with insurance when invoices are rejected. I have also talked to the owner and they are currently also learning about the TARMED > TARDOC transition.

Has anyone here used them, or a similar service in Switzerland?
Would love to hear if outsourcing this kind of work has actually made a measurable difference to your workflow or revenue tracking.
