  1. *Laughs in 1990s*

Imagine being born into the TikTok generation lol

  2. The Ipad kids don’t realise what they missed… probably because of the ipad they are glued to.

  3. I remember when they changed the logo when I was like 10 or whatever, I remember thinking the new one was so ugly, and missing the green colour scheme

  4. You’ve only been adults for about 5 mins and you’re already ‘back in my day’ing.

  5. EXACTLY – MESSY GOES TO OKI DO , GO JETTERS, CHARLI AND LOLA, TEACUP TRAVELS, JUNIOR GREAT BRITISH BAKEOFF

  6. Yes this was when my eldest was CBBC age and I 100% agree, used to love watching along with him, Hacker Time, Horrible Histories, DNN, Shaun the Sheep, Deadly 60 and more.

My youngest is still very much into CBeebies but I will say that I actually think CBeebies is that bit better now than it was when my eldest was watching. Bluey and Hey Duggee in particular.

(Ten year age gap between them, eldest now 18, youngest is 8 and still prefers the preschool programming for the most part, she’s autistic and I think these are her familiar comfort shows.)

  7. Isn’t he a nonce?

The BBC would probably give him a job…

  8. What even is that logo?

Like… I can read it (barely) as C B B B (Green pink blue orange), **or** I can see it being read as CCBBB (large shape of all the colours first, then as above). What I can’t find, is a logical way to read it as CBBC.

  9. My kids were childses in the 2010s! You’re 30 years too early. 😂

  10. Nah its all about the 90s and early 00s.

Dick and com in the bungalow, scooby doo, Arthur, rugrats, recess, mona the vampire…

  11. Terrible Tudors

    Gorgeous Georgians

    Slimy Stuarts

    Vile Victorians

  12. Wrong channel, 90s CITV was peak, Rosie and Jim, Mopatops Shop, Art Attack, Bernard’s Watch, Out of Sight, Woof, and Neil Buchanan shitting us up with paranormal stories on It’s A Mystery

  13. ’90s / Early 2000s /’ 80s we’re definitely better

TV was more relevant, in terms of channels competing against each-other. So the quality of shows were better

    Same with everything,

Record Labels wanted the best singers and bands, so their label could have the most hits, etc

  14. I think Drake would like them both as they’re for children

  15. > The 2010s were THE time to be a child

You’re objectively wrong because the 90s existed. It’s not even up for debate!

  16. Folks, folks, I’m sure that we can all agree, no matter which generation of CBBC we got, that our experience growing up with it is better than the future kids, after it gets shut down

  17. If you weren’t in primary school when Pokémon launched, you were and are permanently deprived.
