Prosecutors in the UK have authorised 21 charges against [Andrew and Tristan Tate](https://inews.co.uk/topic/andrew-tate?ico=in-line_link).
The charges include rape, actual bodily harm and human trafficking.
Andrew, 38, is accused of 10 charges including rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain against three women.
Tristan, 36, has been accused with 11 offences including rape, actual bodily harm and human trafficking. The charges are connected to one alleged victim, who has also accused Andrew.
The charges were authorised in January 2024 but full details have only been released now.
The pair have denied the allegations which date back to between 2012-2015, the CPS said.
A CPS spokesperson said: “We can confirm that we have authorised charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate for offences including rape, human trafficking, controlling prostitution and actual bodily harm against three women.
“These charging decisions followed receipt of a file of evidence from Bedfordshire Police. A European Arrest Warrant was issued in England in 2024, and as a result the Romanian courts ordered the extradition to the UK of Andrew and Tristan Tate.
“However, the domestic criminal matters in Romania must be settled first.”
The two brothers face prosecution in Romania over allegations of trafficking minors, sexual intercourse with a minor and money laundering.
The pair will be extradited to the UK following the end of legal proceedings in Romania after Bedforshire Police issued an arrest warrant last year. They also deny the allegations made against them in Romania.
Andrew also faces a civil trial over allegations he subjected four women to physical or sexual abuse.
So if they are found guilty in Romania will they have to serve their time there and then come to the UK to face trial lol
As the saying goes, couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.
>”The Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone that criminal proceedings are active, and the defendants have the right to a fair trial.
>It is extremely important that there be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.
I hope the cunt and his brother get the justice they deserve.
Cunts.
“Top G” 😂
Blokes a joke
Why are they never found guilty?
It’s taken them a decade to prosecute the alleged crimes. Would not be surprised if the moral panic around Tate in recent years has caused the prosecution to happen. We have an emotions based prosecution service.
reformers will still defend them because they’re white
I’m confused they already had this trial in romania and were found not guilty on all charges
I hope they ROT
They are going to have to flee to the USA
Assholes
I also think HMRC are waiting to ask questions as well. I hope they find a nice dark cell for them, once they are found guilty.
# GOOD
Aren’t they in America
And yet his loyal teenagers will still bow down to alpha tate
Finally. Fingers crossed they get put away.
I hate their faces.
