  3. Whenever people elect the far-right, whether BNP, NF, UKIP, Brexit Party or Reform, they find them to be incompetent and lazy. Few places elect them twice.

    It doesn’t look like the MPs are any different.

  4. This is very boomer ‘work from home is bad’ logic.

    Maybe Reform are shit MPs. Just because an MP isn’t in Westminister a lot doesn’t mean they aren’t good MPs. How do they represent their electorate if they never meet them because they are in London all the time.

  6. So they ACTUALLY literally don’t turn up half the time.

    Not that it’ll make any difference: people vote for them as it’s a protest vote or because they’re part of the cult of personality – they’ll make up some excuse to hand wave this away, same as they do for Farage never being in his constituency.

    “He was literally on holiday the one time he could have grilled a PM about the specifics of a Brexit deal.”

    “Lay off! Everyone deserves a holiday – he’s earned one!”

    “It was literally recess the next week. He could have taken one at about the same time of year AND done his job.”

    “Fucking lefty – want to dictate when we’re allowed to leave the country now too!”

  8. Of note; the house of commons can only fit 420ish of 650 mps, so its impossible to get 100% for the governing party or large oppostion parties.

    Small parties like reform have no excuse tho.
