Someone really bitter who feels insecure about his parking skills, someone who has trouble dealing with difficult feelings in productive ways, so they put everyone else down to feel better (even though the other people did nothing wrong). Maybe a senior who has nothing going on in their life, or a mentally ill person. Maybe it’s a bad prank. Or like another user said, someone else received this note and stuck it on your car.

I assume whoever wrote this was pissy that they had to do two more points in their maneuvering because your car was “so far back”, and there are concrete blocks around to block cars.
My hypothesis is that since you could have easily moved forward a meter (or half a meter without going over the curbstone), they just went to “this idiot is just soooo stupidly inconsiderate!¨!!”
Your car’s back side is a bit close to the back line. That’s all. I don’t see a problem. It’s not textbook perfection but it’s not taking any space away where it shouldn’t and leaving space to the front spaces so it’s human perfection.
They write to “Go to driving school, you can’t even park”
Seems decent parking but you could move forward a bit and more to the left of the car since it’s free space. But these are quite minor.

Today, I a car driver drove intentionally very close to me, while I was on my bike on the right half of the bikers lane. Must have been a cyclist hater. Some people are just a***les.
My guess is that you parked too far away from the kerb. Makes it more difficut to pull out. It’s a bit kleingeistig, but technically they are right.

I think his problem was, you could park more left, because nobody can park on your left side, so it’s easier for the person who park on the right side to open the door.
