   This paragraph is basically the summary of the entire article. I find the title and the tone of the columnist to be nothing but sensational. Of course it’s going to take years to rebuild the army. Of course delivering new weapons to Ukraine is going to require training soldiers. Of course making decisions in a government coalition is going to require consensus among coalition partners.

   I don’t think anyone expected any different. You can’t just snap your fingers and everything will be magically solved. The entire article is filled with nothing but “Duh! What did you expect?”.
