  1. i’m imagining, pootin might want to rethink his “negotiation strategy” for tomorrow

  2. Not a single concern for anyone “Intercepting” them, fantastic job

  3. I’d imagine they intentionally targeted a fuel line or some missiles stored under that part of the plane, but can anyone with more knowledge on this aircraft confirm?

  4. Insane. So they paid these local truck drivers to bring these containers to near airfields then remotely launched the drones against the planes? It’s so insane it sounds like something out of Mission Impossible.

Also def will give all the homegrown terrorists and China new ideas, I’m betting US air force bases wouldn’t fare much better against remotely launched fiber optic FPV drones if you get the launch platforms nearby undetected.

  5. So the drones took off from a gas station across the street?

  6. Dude like a 3rd of their strategic air force is gone. Holy shit!

  7. I might just spend all day on this sub.

So beautifully and delicately blown to fuck 😆

  8. If people are wondering, this footage shows the operators were not even close to the targets. The pilots may have even been in Ukraine. If the transmission was this capable during the attack, everything could be operated by the internet, and together with the Ardupilot open-source software, a lot, like navigation, was even automated.

  9. Holy shit, some Ukrainians must drove all the way across Russia with drones for this one. What a fucking terrifying clandestine action, I hope they make it back safely, these are absolute hero’s.

    Incredible… Siberia… absolutely incredible.

Edit: I now see it looks like they shipped them in a truck container near the airport and launched from there. And it’s slightly closer than Siberia in Irkutsk I’m glad no Ukrainians had risk their lives for this extremely valuable attack.

Ukraine never ceases to surprise me with their ingenuity.

  10. Wow. that is a quarter of the globe away from Ukraine. Remarkable.

  11. Didn’t Russia suffered from this in Syria back in 2015-16?

  12. Does this base strike Ukrainian cities? I know Olenya does, but I’m surprised they picked this base instead of Engels or another west of the Urals.

EDIT: I see two other bases were targeted west of the Urals.

  13. 7-8 years there were animated videos going around, where trucks would transform into quadcopter like drone and attack enemy military bases and enemy ships, and guess what language was being used in it?

    >!Russian could have been Ukrainian, I am not a linguist!<
