  1. For an article titled “Who is Mohamed Soliman”, it sure doesn’t talk very much about, you know, who he is. Things like his religious beliefs and ethnicity seem like integral details about “who he is”, strange that it’s not discussed in this instance. Newsweek must still be gathering the facts – very prudent!

  2. >but Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn at an earlier press briefing said “it would be irresponsible for me to speculate on motive this early on.”

The guy deliberately targeted a jewish march with a makeshift flamethrower explicitly trying to kill members of one community while yelling “free Palestine”.

Much speculation required? Out of curiosity, what other qualifier does he need exactly?

  3. While his frustrations regarding Gaza are understandable, shit like this does not help the cause in any way, shape or form. Especially when it’s aimed at a group of people who likely want the war to end just like he does.

  4. Regardless of how horrible this situation is people shouldn’t be using this one act of terror as a justification to continue to support Israel’s campaign into committing a genocide in Gaza. Was this act of terror bad? Yes it was. Does this situation make what Israel is doing a justifiable excuse? No it doesn’t. Israel is literally becoming the next Nazi Germany with the 2nd Holocaust that they are causing in Gaza right now and people are seriously using this one situation as an excuse to be extremely racist and assume that every Palestinian is Hamas or anyone opposing or criticizing Israel is a antisemitic terrorist. There’s extremism being caused on both sides here.
