  5. This “dispatch” was made public to give Ukraine leverage on Trump.  Unfortunately Trump has no shame and it won’t accomplish anything. 

    There’s a reason Trump was not informed of the done assault on the Russian air bases.

  12. Leverage that Trump would actually use? He had far more leverage at the start of his term than he does now and he squandered that.

  14. Trump has had enormous leverage against Putin since Jan 21. Maybe one day he’ll surprise me and actually exert it. I strongly suspect we’d see some kompromat on him shortly afterwards, though.
