  16. Zelensky and co have done great work with their procurement. NATO defensive nations have supplied machines, expertise to get their factories up and running outside of Ukraine.

    They’ve worked with their own defensive sector to gain access to limited resources from friendly nations.

    They’ve worked getting non-classified NATO tech into their armories.

    They will be fine. Zelensky and Ukraine excluding front line commanders have been signaling they are capable of continuing this with out the US.

    Europe is currently helping with US manufactured and EU manufactured arms.

    I think the summer/winter of 23 is long passed as the two graphs of arms of both nations gain parity. I do think Ukraine is capable to bypass russia arms in the next year.
