GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Greensboro Science Center (GSC) celebrated a very special birthday on Saturday!
Snowball, the center’s resident alpaca, turned 21! He got some tasty treats to celebrate his special day.
He got a bouquet of leaves (which he ate) and shredded carrots shaped into the number 21 (which he also ate).
Snowball is an old man! According to a GCS fact sheet, alpacas typically live between 15 and 20 years in human care. He was born on June 7, 2004.
If you want to see Snowball, you can visit him at GSC!
