It’s not easy listening.
But it shouldn’t be easy to ignore.
Too many dads are struggling in silence.
Too many men feel like they can’t talk until it’s too late.
This month, we’re not just raising awareness. We’re raising our voices.
We see you. We’ve been there. It’s okay to ask for help.
Let’s start more conversations.
Let’s build more spaces where dads can show up as they are. No judgement. No pressure.
If you're finding things tough, you're not alone.
And you don’t have to do it on your own either.

I mean just the fact that this is limited to one month a year is a big part of the problem in my opinion, should be men’s mental health year
👏
My dad is about to hit 60 and he’s struggling a lot with his mental health the last few years. These past 6 months have been especially hard after losing his mum and brother. I always try to let him know that if he ever wants to open up and talk, or cry, I’m here always and he’s still the strongest human I know and a few tears shed on my shoulder aren’t going to change that opinion.
