    I buy weed at £200 an ounce. That would be (quick calculation) about 178 kilos to make 1m. Excess baggage or what?

    the supply and demand in the UK is such an obvious thing, and I can’t see why its not legal, we spend a fortune on a war on drugs, when it could be spent on a war on poverty and mental health problems that cause the use of certain drugs

    nobody wants a war on coke or cannabis being taken recreationaly any more than they want a war on Guinness being imported and drunk in moderation, most want that to focus on the reasons people are using things like heroin and crack to escape their lives.

  25. Is it possible that suit cases are compromised after hand off to airline? I’m Not sure how that would be feasible but just wondering if bags are ‘marked’ by criminals and then loaded up with drugs, then intercepted by the criminals after it has gone to whatever destination- on the off chance they get through?

    The police don’t value it in ‘weight’. It’s a price per gram calculation.
