but we begin with a developing story and at least 10 people including the attacker were killed at a school in the Austrian city of Grass in the country’s southwestern region Police have been deployed to the location uh shortly after shots were heard We’re still waiting for further information as to any injuries but in the meantime here’s more from a spokesperson for the Austrian police There is no longer any acute danger for the local population The remaining pupils have been accommodated in the immediate vicinity and are being looked after by the crisis intervention team We are currently assuming that one perpetrator is behind the attack The state criminal police office is now also on site and is investigating in order to find out the motive And soam

Gun laws in Austria are generally less strict than most European countries. But I am sure the NRA will say that it is just a coincidence.
