Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2 are both on this chart. Is it safe to assume there was an error in categorizing/double naming or is there something else to consider?
Edit: oh I see on the chart with more conditions that it seems to be a recurring thing.
