    How could the right wing press run by tax avoiding millionaires have made such an error?

  4. Which just confirms that all the right wingers who appeared on TV to make this claim were all at it. Likewise the YouTubers who were claiming this.

  5. It’s quite easy to get rid of rich people so it’s entirely possible.

    That said modern Labour aren’t against people being rich nowadays, if anything it’s certain demographics of poor people they don’t like.

  7. This article is flawed because it’s including literally anyone with assets worth a £mil. Which includes a lot of old people who bought houses when there were a quid. You need to look at millionaires in terms of liquid assets and income, because that’s where the tax generation comes from and those are leaving and we do have generated less tax because of it.

Imagine telling everyone you’ll quit the country if taxes go up, but also knowing that if everything goes pear shaped you’ll need this country to protect you so you don’t, in actual fact, fuck off like those of us who actually give a shit want you to, but hang around realising that the Sheik of Qatar doesn’t give a flying fuck about you.
