SpaceX wants to install 40 Starlink antennas in Swiss canton Valais

Question:
This article made me wonder. Is it possible for the Federal Government to block such an expansion if they view it to be against national interest? I don't know what the procedures for such an expansion are, whether only the Canton has to say okay, or also the Federal Government.
