I seriously doubt Iran has anything accurate enough to do what is suggested. Hitting a specific home from hundreds or thousands of miles away with a ballistic missile is something the USA would have a hard time doing.
The circular error probably of those missiles is going to be about a kilometer (50% of the impacts would be in a circle 1 km in radius). So, neighborhoods, yes. Houses? No.
