This technology needs to be stopped and not implemented, we will see more and more false positives.

There seems to be a distinct lack of acountability for the operators of these schemes. Home Bargains told the accused to contact Facewatch (the system maker). That’s like contacting Ford when a transit crashes into your house, instead of the driver. It doesn’t matter who makes the system, the important problem here is who *operates* it. Home Bargains was the *operator* of the system, and they should be held accountable for the failure of it.
