  4. it looks like the assassin was motivated by pro-life beliefs. I have been on r/prolife for a couple months now and i’m amazed at how radical their rhetoric is. They believe that pro-choice people have killed over 50 million Americans since 1973. They say this over and over and over again.

    Dont’ get me wrong, they are very anti-violence themselves, but it’s still incredible how much they condemn Americans, and mostly Democrats, as guilty of mass slaughter of children.

    To me it is shocking that this rhetoric hasn’t led to assassinations like these far more often.

  6. The going right wing talking points are saying that she was shot because she voted against democrats to give “illegals” healthcare. They’re saying the shooter is a democrat and “clintoned” her by having her killed to pay her pay for not towing the democrat line. Now tell me if that makes ANY sort of sense to anyone with a working brain.

  9. Not just MAGA. He is a Christian Nationalist Evangelical. There just so happens to to be many Christian Nationalists connected with Project 2025 in our government right now like Heritage’s Russel Vought.

  18. Not unexpected. The domestic terrorist antichoice movement has been getting away with things like assassinations, bombings, shootings, etc, for decades. LEO local, state and federal have rarely prevented the antichoice terror organizations from performing such acts, and have not prosecuted any of these crimes as federal hate crimes nor domestic terrorism.

    Hopefully Minnesota will correctly charge and prosecute anyone involved in these tragic assassinations as domestic terrorists.

  25. r/conservative is making a Huge Deal out of the fact that he had a No Kings protest flyer in his car. It’s going to be like the Trump shooter all over again: everyone who knew the trump shooter personally said that he was an outspoken conservative to the point that it annoyed people. But he donated $15 to the DNC ONCE (probably after losing a bet with his other chud friends) so the right has successfully painted him as a full blown leftie.
